Hello from the Triangle.
The Pink Olive is an independent café at 23 Manor Farm Rd in Bitterne Park, Southampton. We do four things: coffee, matcha, brunch and sweet treats.
Our story
A little bit pink, a little bit green.
We opened on Manor Farm Road in 2026 with a simple plan: a bright, friendly café for Bitterne Park, serving the things we love. The name says it: a little bit pink, a little bit olive green, and that's how we decorated the place too.
You'll find us on Bitterne Park Triangle, Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30am. Come for a coffee on the way to work, a matcha in the afternoon, or a long brunch with friends.
